Salary and extra benefits. Autonomy in organising your work.

Cons

Very old management, not open to changes, very difficult to make progress. Also the company culture is not very open to other cultures. A lot of people are leaving the company in the last few years due to poor management.

The location is very nice, and collegues are young and friendly. The company is international and there is the possibility to Improve the work position also outside Italy .

Cons

The salary is lower in comparison to other similar companies. During the busy times, overtime is expected by the chief.
