      It is a job where I can make money.

      Cons

      Privately owned Italian company that only values Italian people. High turnover rate due to lack of communication and organizational will to conduct business in accordance with American standards. Constantly speaking Italian with no regard for American workers. Pushing Americans out to bring in Italians. No advancement opportunities, extremely low PTO, and personal growth hampered.

      Pros

      Hourly employees are very good.

      Cons

      Management, especially the "Italians", are horrible. There is no budget. The benefits, vacation, are non-existent. They only focus on what happened today by way of knee jerk reactions. They do not allow you to focus on long term planning because they, upper management, only wants to fix the daily issue(s). Middle management is lazy and likes to point fingers at those below or new to avoid any repercussions.
