SoftTech offers a 3 week PTO w/sick included but it is also a use it or lose it when you reach above 40 hours. Carry over is only 40 hours per year. SoftTech also matches your 401k contributions up to a %. HR is also very responsive and will assist you or give you the appropriate tools for what you are asking for.
