Pros

The management of Soft Tech Consulting is solid. They are consitent in their approach to finding solutions. They don't rush to judgement and make great decisions. This is from the owner down to my manager. The salary is fare as well.

Cons

I work remote so, not being able to see my teammates as much as I would like.

Cons

Workloads can sometimes be daunting; understandably so, but would help reduce the occasional stress if there were a better workload balance

Warm and wonderful place to work. Small firm, but large enough to have great opportunities for growth. Still small enough to be intimate with leadership and have personal growth.

Cons

Would like more vacation time and year end PTO carry over.
