Thank you for your feedback. We value all feedback and take into consideration all concerns, as we continue to seek ways for us to improve and we need to know how we are perceived by our employees. We do value our employees, and strive to make ourselves accessible to our employees, to address their questions or concerns. I’m sorry that your experience wasn’t a better one and that you felt that you were treated unfairly. We definitely don’t want any of our employees to feel that way. We rely heavily on communication and we are working on several ways to improve employee/management communication, but we want our employees to know that no matter how inaccessible we may seem, we do want to hear from our employees and we will make ourselves accessible to discuss any and all of your questions and concerns.
As to the salaries we offer, we monitor the market reference points for our area and we strive to offer competitive salaries, based on education, experience and skills. We also offer incentives that offers employees supplement their annual salary.
Overall, I’m sorry your experience wasn’t more positive but we wish you all the best in your new endeavor.
