Pros

Human-centric culture and lots of events/initiatives for employees, both expertise- and interest-based. A huge & inspiring community to learn from. I love the people there! Strong leadership and lots of learning opportunities. Cool offices and perks. Mature processes, creative environment, impactful projects.

Cons

Bureaucracy which makes it hard to make an impact. Lots of "political games" inside the company which sometimes makes it hard to distinguish the truth from hypocricy.

Pros

first and foremost - community. one of the best ones I ever encountered. most people here are driven with the passion for what they do, and always initiate ideas for what could be done better. such environment is really motivating and encourages to pursue your best ability. second - flexibility. remote or on-site - it's all up to you. really helps with time-management and overall comfort.

Cons

so far so good, really. maybe I don't have enough of a working experience to see whole picture.
