My worst experience (10 years in the field)

Pros

I met some of the top professionals there, it was really inspiring. A lot of opportunities for growth. Some projects are a blast!

Cons

Manipulation and lots, lots of lies. Unfortunately, it was the most toxic workplace I have ever seen. Cutthroat behavior, abusive and unethical management who seemed to care only about the profit margin. There were no boundaries; it was consistently demanded that people do work outside of their job scope and work late or on weekends with no pay or even a kind word. Life is too short to be in such an environment. I tried to fix it multiple times, honestly, but the reply was "if you don't like the way we operate, go seek somewhere else". Well, which I did.

Awesome, talented and hardworking people

Cons

A woman is paid ~50% less than a man - for the same role, and scope of work, but they are sold to the client at the same rate. Totally unfair practice. And it’s just one example of many.

As for the payment, it is designed to be competitive in respective market, is flexible and depends on associate`s level of expertise and competency, complexity of a project and a range of other criteria. In addition to monthly salary, we provide: benefits packages, variable pay plans that depends on seniority level and function domain, bonuses for successful project completion for delivery positions, free retrain programs, mentorship sessions, coverage of professional e-courses and a range of other services.
