Pros

A lot of trainings and own academy, positive people, many offices

Cons

Too many reorganisations just because, management can't deal to one approach. Management don't follow values they promote. There is no responsibility for fails.

Basic 9-5, nothing special, stable job

Cons

Their internal systems altought sound good, in reality make no sense. In order to pomote, you can take an INTERVIEW & test based on your current project. The test can't be passed if you can't provide written proof you worked on each skill they ask you. Obviously every project differs so you can't always use everything => you can't prove it on your test => you'l get a lower grade even though you know it => you dont promote. You can't take the test any time you want, only 1,2 or 3 years apart. I did promote, that's not the issue, i'm giving honest review of a horrible unnecessary process. trust me, run!
