Absolute waste of time

Pros

good pay while structure of teams is completely disjointed across various countries there's attempt of creating office culture by regular meetups at local offices good benefits? (haven't got a chance to test them but they seem to exist)

Cons

I joined a dead project where absolutely nothing was happening. Management kept saying that everything was fine and that work would appear soon. I left the project before it was dissolved. While on the bench, the company failed to find me a suitable project, even though I noticed that they were recruiting for positions that matched my skills.

it is good for retiring

Cons

low salaries. Super unprofessional financial servicing. The company is only aiming to collect the revenue as much as possible and doesn't care about quality and customer satisfaction.

Pros

The company has a great portfolio of well known global brands.

Cons

Toxic, hierarchal, leadership, politically charged, managers with narcissistic tendencies. Very high attrition of sales reps, partner managers and client facing solution architects etc.
