Pros
I am lucky to get to know some of my teammates from Data science department and even people from other departments. I am not sure about how things going on in other departments, but I have an unsatisfactory impression from some of the management people from Data Science department.
Cons
If you expect a medium ML engineer Ukrainian (!) salary in a position where you should be able to do DevOps, Project Management, R&D tasks and negotiation with a client - they will say that's a little bit lot that you want. For me it seems that they want to cover 3+ specialists with 1-Middle-ML engineer salary.
