Pay and Benefits are industry standard

Cons

Management team is anxious, neurotic and micromanaging. Sales is a revolving door with little leadership, with the CEO trying a different flavor every quarter, none of them successful.

Benefits, projects, salary and bonus

Cons

Too much micromanagement, company seems to not care sometimes about employees work life balance. If needed they find a reason from somewhere even if not true for Layoffs there’s no kinds of problem solve, or solution plan between employees / company. Be careful with remote work police.
