Pros

Great urban environment, dog friendly, in-house gym, beer car, training programs, work events, free lunches or afternoon snacks, and benefits are good.

Cons

* Extremely high turnover-rate due to horrible management. * Management play favorites. * If you have an issue or concern, keep it to yourself. If you display any negative feelings/thoughts, your soon to be out the door. * They encourage a team environment but they don't. Just sit at your desk and don't ask questions or if you do, it will come back to bite you and eventually you'll be fired. * Too many supervisors and managers. (too many hands in one pot) * Very high expectations to meet metrics, very competitive. (It's a dog eat dog world!)

Look for another job after 6 months

Pros

Disorganized and little to no work life balance. Lots of nepotism like for example a rich kid getting a job because his dad was in The VP of Sale's wedding pary. Said rich kid then does very little work besides loudly objectifying women in the office. In a normal modern work environment that would get you booted out.

Cons

Disorganized, no work life balance, pigish male coworkers (bro culture plus), unclear objectives, nepotism is a huge problem (see above for one such example)

Pros

Freedom depending on who you report to

Cons

Softchoice says they are entirely hybrid and remote but actually leaves it to team leaders to make a decision. Most managers and directors will force you to work specific hours and be in the office more now. It's asinine. So it is not hybrid or remote. They want you to work in person but market the company as hybrid or remote for recruitment.
