      - Benefits - Supportive Culture and Values - Training budget

      Cons

      Too short term sales focused - talk about becoming a services organization but have failed to realize that the sales cycle for services can be 6 months or more for large deals - causes sales to to focus on small deals because the pressure is always on this month.

      Pros

      Great marketing department (probably orchestrated all the positive reviews on 10/8). Softchoice can talk a good game. Great for young person with no industry experience.

      Cons

      No long term vision. Can't execute. Senior Leadership Team is filled yes men. The sales organization is a plug and play model. Once a sales rep gains experience and realizes they can go elsewhere for better pay, Softchoice fills the spot with the next person. So on and so on. No customer retention.

      Still one of the best in the business Some exceptional people Sound strategy Grass root culture

      Cons

      Limited recourses being divided unevenly depending what the flavor of the day/month/year is Squeaky wheel always get the grease Do not reward loyalty Favoritism and me-first attitude disguised as 'self-branding' - really is laziness by senior management to see objectively Lack execution beyond the strategy by some areas of business Blind spot and/or denial towards external and internal threats to business Hold on to failed personnel for too long
