Socially involved company, Diversity is a strength, Plenty of opportunity to move up and sideways, Benefits (PTO, Volunteer Days, Floaters, Medical, etc), Supported onboarding and team oriented ethics, Immersed in Tech learning with a ton of different fields and vendors, About 60% of reps hit their quotas.

Cons

Base Salaries suffer a bit compared to vendor rep positions, making retention challenging in times of staff shortages. Dealing with so many vendors can make it challenging to be well versed in specific technologies making you dependent on outside resources when internal ones are available or specialised.

Great benefits. Great culture. Not product-dependent. Company invests in employees (training, career development, tools, etc..).

Cons

Pay is low for the region and merit raises (when they do happen) don't match inflation. New tools (Salesforce.com) were a huge investment to help improve systems, but rollout was rough and now it's much more confusing and difficult to get things done.
