Amazing training, dog-friendly, great place to get started in the industry, countless opportunities to grow and move up in the world. Good diversity at lower-level roles.

Cons

No diversity at all within the higher management, lower salaries as compared to industry standards, internal politics can be disheartening and disappointing.

Great people and met a lot of interesting people through events etc.

Cons

Sales training ran through a point system like some game show. Horrible day-to-day as they force you to dial 100 times a day like a robot or a cog in a machine. 1 on 1's with managers gives you more stress than anything. Micromanagement is a real issue.
