Flexibility, salary, projects, peers, environment in general very positive. Great possibilities for promotions.

Cons

Sometimes company is not good at operationalizing key strategic mandates. Makes tactical mistakes often and therefore misses market opportunity. Many new managers from internal promotions (which is good) are too new to management and make business mistakes relatively often.
