Pros

Remotely working from home since the pandemic and most likely continuing post pandemic is great.

Cons

Toxic work culture not aligned with the Softchoice Values that are shopped around. Sales rules supreme and Operations Senior Leadership does nothing to help that relationship along-basically, the Operations Department is just a door mat. Also, implementation of new ERP system almost a year ago has made our jobs more difficult and manual- didn't deliver on the automation promised. It's been an extremely tough year morale wise due to this.

Pros

Met amazing co-workers who were a pleasure to work with. Work from home set up was great.

Cons

Says that they are invested in growing their people but I was let go with no compassion 3 weeks into training because I didn't meet a score. The mentorship was poor especially for someone who is so new to the position and industry. Pay is a lot lower than the industry average.
