      Over all amazing people to work with They actually care about their employees and social issues They care out your mental health (great medi cover) Great work life balance The employee led groups Dog friendly work place Great career growth opportunity

      Pros

      Things are looking in the right direction at Softchoice. Typically only as good as your resources and while some are not amazing, I'd say there are amazing people on staff they will support you and your business. Big Microsoft people and they do know their stuff and a great place to build your career.

      Cons

      Monarch has been pretty rough, and customer experience wasn't at the heart of it. Unfortunately, lost some customers due to that fact.

      Pros

      Overall Softchoice is a great company on many levels. Great company culture, they invest in people and promotion within the company is entirely possible. They are a company that wants their employees to give new ideas and challenge the way "its always been done". Softchoice is a great company whether you are just starting your career or you are experienced at what you do. I would definitely recommend Softchoice as a great place to work.

      Cons

      The pay is often lower than other companies and that is unlikely to change. However there is a balance with great benefits and a great place to learn and grow, regardless of how much experience someone has.
