Good culture, dogs in the office is a plus, great spiff and trip potential.

Cons

career progression takes minimum 2 years, not very many vertical moves all horizontal, pay is one of the lowest for comparable work

Amazing Onboarding for sales. Great people. Gym, Dog friendly, business casual company.

Cons

the strategy changes consistently, in BD there is no proper recognition or training. If you aren't excepted in the "inner circle" not a lot of opportunity for growth. They do not pay salaries at industry standard

good co-op experience! Nice corporate culture (beer carts, dogs at work, volunteer opportunities, company events). My boss was also great.

Cons

The major downside of the pay. It was low, and definitely below industry standard. Also, I'm not sure how much opportunity there is to move up for new grads
