Poor Experience in the Sales Academy

- Phase 1 of the training program was beneficial as it detailed the world of IT 101 - Lots of events and fun social initiatives

Cons

- Phase 2 of the made selling quite difficult while you are 'on the bench'. In order to graduate from the training program and be deployed onto the sales floor, you are expected to make sales through a list of poor leads that have been recycled by employees in the past
