Organized company. Invests in tools. Responds to market demands

One word to describe navigating this role at this company. Elastic. Like a rubber band that you can try to pull but 1) there are unchangeable limits to how far you can pull no matter what is said to the contrary 2) it stings you each time you pull 3) eventually, your elastic rubber band either breaks or disintegrates into powder.
