Pros

Some friendly people; great place for new college graduates to learn business and sales etiquette..... and that would be that....

Cons

No employee loyalty, less than industry average pay; cheap, arrogant, typicall "reseller", high turnover, immature management teams, churn and burn mentality, anything to make a buck, margin, margin, margin and simply no true direction other than "GP, GP, GP....".

Pros

Coming out of college, a great compnay to get your feet wet with. Young people, young manager, easy going work environment. Dogs in the office and casual dress. They will train you and let you learn the business.

Cons

Growth isn't always based on ability, but also your ability to join the gossip group. It feels a bit like high school or an episode of the office at times. They make it tough to seperate work and family while still growing. They endorse unprofessional behavior at times as long as those individuals are hitting numbers. They build a culture of work hard, play hard. The same mentality is going to limit their high end growth potential in the industry.

Pros

Softchoice used to be a great place to work and has been a great jumping off point. However it is time to jump ship.

Cons

Softchoice is an extremely political place set up for middle aged men to drink on the clock. If you aren't in their circle and don't attend happy hours you will either be fired or bullied out. The Seattle office has grown especially toxic and the pressure to party with the manager has only escalated. Upper management wonders why our team is doing so poorly. It's because all we do is get told to party. There's no time to work or see customers. Our leader does puzzles everyday while we all sit on zoom calls in the office. Have tou seen our stock price compared to competitors? No wonder the pay is so low. I can't wait for the day I can put in my 2 weeks. Softchoice has changed and has become an embarrassing place to be a part of.
