I enjoyed the onboarding program because it allowed us to learn from other individual(s) which came from different walks of life, learn from specialist and people already excelling at the company. The Phase 2 of the onboarding program paired me with a mentor and a team lead. Learning from others success is a key part of the job for me, because it lays the foundation for my success and the amount of community knowledge and tribal knowledge shared amongst teams and the culture of “willingness to help” fostered my success thus far since deployment and I am confident will continue to motivate me for the remainder of my time at Softchoice. The core value of “we take care of each other” is clearly present from day one at Softchoice.

Cons

If you are not someone who enjoys technology, and wants to learn about technology I would not recommend this role. I love technology which is why this was a perfect fit!

Softchoice is a leader in the Technology industry and one of the top software and hardware resellers in the world. Managers are open to feedback and willing to answer any questions or concerns you have. A competitive salary, growth opportunities, innovative mindset, and solution led selling. The company has a positive reputation. The culture is great and the work is challenging. You will always be very busy which is wonderful. I’m getting valuable skills working with top caliber talent and engaging in high level conversations. I will recommend a career at Softchoice to individuals that have high standards and would like to work with elite talent both internally and with channel partners. Amazing Company.

Softchoice’s onboarding program is well organized, helpful and packed with useful information. Amanda is an amazing teacher. She is patient and able to relate to each employee on their own level. The quality of education was a wonderful start to this new role and has set me up for success here at Softchoice as well as in the IT world.

Cons

Almost too many people to ask when you need an answer to a question - time consuming to find the right person.
