Pros
Overall Softchoice is a great company on many levels. Great company culture, they invest in people and promotion within the company is entirely possible. They are a company that wants their employees to give new ideas and challenge the way "its always been done". Softchoice is a great company whether you are just starting your career or you are experienced at what you do. I would definitely recommend Softchoice as a great place to work.
Cons
The pay is often lower than other companies and that is unlikely to change. However there is a balance with great benefits and a great place to learn and grow, regardless of how much experience someone has.
