Pros
Proactive, positive management. They lead by example and really want to help you succeed. The people here are super friendly and just all around lovely to work with. No pretentious hierarchical structure, if you have ideas, suggestions or any opinions you can share them openly. It's a work hard, play hard company. No micro managing. Go in and get your work done, they want you to have a good work life balance. I am into my fifth week at Softchoice and I'm absolutely loving it. They are passionate about their customers and their employees. Having worked at various companies with differing industries and structures including a big 4 Softchoice comes out on Top for me hands down. Couldn't say enough great things about this place!! Oh, and I can take my dog to work!!
