Pros

Hip young atmosphere. Jazzy office near Liberty Village and The Carpet Factory.

Cons

I left a while ago and my understanding is that its still the same. It happens all the time at that place. People get promoted who don't have the experience, qualifications or the skill set for the position at hand. People who are a better fit for the role who HAVE the necessary tools can and will get passed up because they're simply not "in" with the right group. Promotions are given to those who "know how to play the game". If you've been passed up despite being better qualified its because you are, more or less, the wall flower at the high school dance. You're not fitting in with the key people that can set your career path at that place and take you places. Or you've rubbed the wrong people the wrong way at some point and they're fixated on trying to get you to quit. Welcome to Softchoice. If you fit the above "wall flower" description the damage can't be repaired. You will not get promoted and you will have to muster up the motivation and the courage to leave. Regardless of the beer and dogs.
