      Pros

      You learn a ton at Softchoice. They sell a lot of different technology solutions and provide a wide range of implementation services and managed services to support it. It is a fun culture.as well.

      Cons

      While you have the ability to sell a lot of different "things" it can be overwhelming when your expected to know those "things". Accountability is a value that is impressed upon the company but sometimes it feels like accountability is really only reserved for the sales teams.

      Amazing Benefits Amazing People Good Value Prop and in-house products Great training and resources

      Cons

      Expected way too much out of new Outbound Sales Reps in 2016, didn't give appropriate time to settle into role. Tons of pressure out of the gate to perform. Spreading themselves out too thin. Can't be the best at everything...need to focus on one thing and stick to it.

      First, I love the culture of this company. Softchoice truly believes in a customer first attitude. They are passionate about being a true consultant to their customers and offering the very best in products and services. Softchoice invests in intense training and provides it's employees with the tools they need to be successful. Secondly, I love being challenged and working outside my comfort zone and this job has definitely done that.

      Cons

      There is a lot to learn. This company is not for the faint of heart but if you work hard and follow the training plans, success will be yours
