Pros

They sell a great product, like to have fun and are genuinely nice to work with.

Cons

You have to be in Toronto to get anywhere, they are massively understaffed, and they are promoting the younger people because they cost less. In addition, they are focusing way too much on DEI as opposed to quality work, training, and hiring the right people which is driving down productivity and affecting the customer experience.

The people are great, you have the flexibility to tackle problems your way, and there is always something new to learn

Cons

Befits were not the best, and didn't hold much of a competitive advantage in the marketplace
