Low base pay - decent commission, but base salary could be more based on the state of economy.

Pros

People! Lots of the teams are great and very helpful. The competition in the sales team is very friendly in general. Really good work/life balance

Cons

Pay is on the lower end of the spectrum. but budget cuts are being felt. Feels like the recognition of hard is laking, and worst, it is on a downtrend.
