paid training, opportunities for self-growth

Cons

Backend infrastructural in progress, a massive learning curve for everyone, sales people are taking the hardest hit. If you are hired now it will be smoother for you, but for me in the transition its been a massive pain and wasn't planned well with unrealistinc timelines made for the massive undertaking.
