The culture used to be close friends who worked together well and trusted each other. It had started changing with exec changes and layoffs, decreasing morale and trust.

Remote work is the only pro

Terrible company culture and impossible to move up from current position. Absolutely zero growth and I have witnessed good employees be let go for no reason out of nowhere. Senior management is constantly changing and managers come and go. I’ve seen 3 come and go none lasting longer than a year. Don’t bother
