Pros

Strong leadership and management team who are taking tangible steps to improve culture and employee support. The work we do and clients we serve is a major plus too since we're helping higher ed become more efficient. Work is fast-paced but manageable and the team is committed to taking care of its employees. I'm very excited for where this company is headed.

They management team has a great balance between meeting the company objectives and making it a great place to work. The new CEO is really focused on empowering the internal team's success as we serve our partner schools.

Cons

Some of the internal IT systems and resources are still being put in place. No 401K match.

Pros

No mandatory in-office work (we can all work remotely), fantastic management, tremendous flexibility in the way you work and get stuff done. The trajectory of the company is both ambitious and attainable.

Cons

Health benefits are really expensive for a family. Too rigid on the COVID vaccination requirements for those who choose to work in office or would like to participate for on-site events.
