Pros

great communication from executive leadership who keep us all in the loop with regards to company objectives, small company feel with aggressive plans to grow the business, new leadership has come in and clearly articulated their vision for where they see Softdocs going forward, and most of all our product, Etrieve, is pretty awesome. Just ask any of our over 700 customers.

Cons

some benefits are lacking, but the company is aware and under our new executive leadership looking to address some of those gaps.

Pros

Pay is truly comparable with your education; they value your skills. Training is generous, and they want you to be comfortable before turning you loose. The staff is friendly and works well as a team. Many remote working opportunities all over the country. This is a company that is rising and if you can get in now, you will rise to the top with them.

Cons

Benefits, but they are strongly working on that. I haven't seen anything that I would truly consider a con. THIS is a TOP company
