- Culture built on kindness and inclusiveness - Open door policy with senior management - Diversity of employees - Leadership that values transparency and is open to new ideas - Opportunities for learning and professional development - Remote work and the tools to support it - Flexibility, family friendly, unlimited PTO - Growth mindset from top to bottom

Cons

- With rapid growth comes growing pains - Compensation for some positions may be a bit low - Health benefits are a little pricey for families; however the company has recently added to its contributions

Christmas Bonuses were canceled and employees were notified on Dec. 10th.

We're happy to see you enjoy the working culture and flexibility! Though we did not pay out bonuses at Christmas, we are issuing bonuses in early 2022 for those who qualified based on our 2021 company performance. Additionally, we added $1,000 towards 401K contribution for 2022, which is different from the prior year's profit sharing at the holidays. This led to a higher net pay out for employees than years past, though we realize at the time this review was left that had not been fully communicated yet. Hoping you see the positive change now that we've announced plans for 2022.
