The CEO seems to be a nice person.

Cons

Softdocs failed to meet my expectations, and their performance did not align with my standards. Engineering management overly micromanages the technical aspects, focusing solely on technical matters without considering personnel contributions. Senior management in the Engineering department tends to react rather than proactively manage personnel. The Etrieve application suite is both highly complex and technically outdated. In summary, it appears that the management lacks a clear sense of direction.

Great work/life balance Management is engaged and actively looking to improve Individual performance expectations that correlate with career advancement/raises INDIVIDUAL medical benefits are good Annual 401k contribution New (not so new now but for context) executive team is listening *Most important* Culture gets better every quarter as we iterate on our processes and have open dialogue about what should improve.

Cons

401k contribution is currently $100 per month of employment in the fiscal year rather than a percentage match. (Good deal for some) Right now the feeling is that it's better than nothing.
