Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, as we are always listening. After 36 years, we are continuing to grow, and we owe the success to our wonderful team here! We strive to create a culture that is welcoming to our staff, and promotes teamwork. With the recent option of standing desks, as well as the use of the treadmill work station (a must see for employee interviews!), we’re hopeful this allows the freedom for our staff to create a comfortable work environment for themselves. We understand that while the cubes allow some privacy, they can sometimes seem impersonal. The flip side is our relaxed decoration policy has inspired some very talented interior designers to show their stuff - especially during the holiday season! Some of them are true homes away from home! We truly value the insight our new employees provide in their journal, and we apologize your feedback was not addressed. The on boarding process is constantly evolving as a result of the suggestions we receive from our staff. We hope our company wide Second Friday employee meetings provide you with additional departmental information. As you know the doors around here are always open, and we welcome you to stop in for anything you need. Yes, keeping updated with our internal departments (outside of your own) can be a challenge at times. Our company wide Second Friday meetings are a great opportunity to learn what the other departments have been working on, and what is coming next. Also, all the managers are more than willing to take time to answer your questions, so by all means, please do so!
