Pros

Pretty flexible, you're allowed to work from home for certain projects, it pays well if you're a senior developer, projects with people from the US are pretty cool and interesting (Usually with new Technologies), theres a lot of opportunities to travel to the USA for onsite projects. Also the Health insurance is quite good.

Cons

If you're working for a while in the same project it could get boresome, most of your salary is not paid with the Law benefits, just a small part of your salary, the secondary parking lot in the Monterrey office sucks, is to far from the office and if yoy made it to office late you might not even find a spot there.

A good place to start your career since most positions require little to no experience

Cons

- Brainwashing events - No law benefits - No bonuses - Constant pressure from management to do work outside your job role in people management activities unrelated to your day to day job - No growth unless to the management area

There is no pro in this job, they only sell people and thas their business they are not a software company

Cons

No raise, no training, you basically do the minimal thing and thats it they charge for you they pay you less than a half, thats their business.
