Pros

I didn't feel like one single thing is good. They make employees will work more than eight hours and they never OT and if late night also they give cab facility to employees.

Cons

I came with lots of expectations within one month got disappointed in all things. Like package, HR policies, manger behavior, about training, no job security, no career growth, salary appraisal system is very bad

The company shows great interest in the development and lifestyle of their employees. Wonderful to work for.

Cons

May give up on you on a down turn if your skills don't match what they can find for you.

Like family

Pros

I worked there for over 5 years and it was always like family for me - the flat management structure was nice and they always gave detailed feedback about my performance. I received decent raises the entire time I worked there, and the benefits were always amazing for the small size of the company.

Cons

More specific help on how to improve so-called soft skills would have been helpful, but I'm not sure what can be done about that. I did feel that I was pigeon-holed into working on LDS church contracts once it was known that I had a temple recommend - and those were horribly managed and rarely successful. That said, if I had pushed back hard enough on those, I'm sure they wouldn't have minded putting me elsewhere...
