Lacks holiday and vacation pay, even though other members of Softworld seem to have it.

To answer your question regarding holiday and vacation pay, it sounds like you are on a W2 contract (paid for hours worked) rather than our Staffer model. There is a difference in pay between the two options which allows for PTO for Staffers.
