Thank you very much for your feedback; we are proud of all the things that you mentioned and we continue to take COVID precautions extremely seriously. I agree that our training program is extremely in depth, and fully acknowledge that it can sometimes be intense. We provide our newest recruiters with all the tools and coaching that they need to succeed; we expect their best work, and that coupled with learning a new role/industry sometimes makes for some arduous days. As you've no doubt seen, we're proud of the many recruiters that have taken full advantage of the program and launched successful staffing careers with our company. If you have any additional feedback or suggestions, please feel free to reach out to me anytime at 781-373-8452. Thanks again for your candor and best efforts.

Thank you very much for your candid feedback. While I'm glad for your comments regarding your coworkers, I'm sorry for the frustrations that you experienced. I'm not certain, but I'm assuming that you're referring to being a recruiter in your critique regarding job orders "not [being] given out fairly." Presuming that assumption's right, I actually agree with you, in a way - we don't always allocate job orders "fairly" in a traditional sense. Instead, our approach aims to match up business opportunities with the recruiter(s) in the best position to fill them. Expertise, depth of network, work ethic, client knowledge and a growth mindset all factor into the real-time business decisions that we make in allocating the thousands of requirements we work on every year. Every recruiter has an equal opportunity to prove themselves and grow in their profession; we also have business rules in place allowing any recruiter the freedom to put in extra effort on any job order within the company. If you want to be the best, you have an equal opportunity to earn it at Softworld. But our management philosophy and business operations are centered on the tenet that our best recruiters own our best business. I certainly understand that our model isn't for everybody, and I'm sorry you felt it wasn't for you. I wish you all the best at your next professional stop. If there are any other comments you'd like to share or suggestions for how we can improve, please feel free to reach me directly at 781-373-8452. Thanks again for your candor.

First and foremost, thank you for your review! We take great pride in building our Onshore Development Centers, and that includes putting the best possible consultants in the available seats and teams, as well as listening to and acting on feedback from the organization. For many of our Onshore Development Centers, especially ones such as our Plano, Texas facility that Softworld designs from scratch based on customer specifications, we are instructed by our client to configure workstations and teams via a mandated layout. We are aware of a Development Center environment sometimes yielding less personal space, which is why we encourage our Consultants to take full advantage of the private phone booths, breakout rooms and lounge areas as needed. While I cannot attest to the specifics of customer confusion you’ve mentioned, we will always aim to refine and communicate ongoing business goals as clearly and timely as possible. Please feel free to reach out directly to me if that situation changes and/or if you’d like to discuss any further specifics. I can be reached at 781-833-0275 or smackenzie@softworldinc.com.
