Pros

Great company, and excellent ERT training program. Jonathan and Tom make sure you know the ins and outs of staffing before you are put on the floor. A lot of growth within the company, you tend to see entry level employees get promoted to more senior roles.

Cons

the hours could be shorter..

High ownership environment with reasonable workload expections. Overtime is paid linearly with hours worked.

Cons

Softworld's incredible growth means there are maturity milestones we are crossing all at once and it requires flexibility in demeanor in order to thrive.

Pros

Softworld is a tremendous company that empowers its employees to truly run their own book of business. This has lead to double digit growth year over year for the past 7+ years. Friendly working environment Visionary leadership and executive teams Clearly set expectations Uncapped earning potential Approachable executive teams Softworld invests a great deal of resources in technology for its employees to excel at their jobs IT team is top notch Highly functioning back-office & support team that allows recruiters to recruit and sales people to sell.
