      Pros

      Softworld provides recruiters with every tool out there to help each individual to hit their goals. They also give fast feedback on how you are doing so there is never a time where you are thinking, hmmm, I wonder if I am doing well enough not to get fired. When you are doing well they tell you. When you are not doing well, the immediately address the issue and try to find a solution that works for all parties involved. If you have been recruiting for a while you know that there is always more than just you in the equation.

      Pros

      Softworld has a great training program with 4 weeks of some of the best career and personal guidance out there. The company itself is heavily invested in being as honest and straight forward with those they interact with as possible. -Great work environment -Strong opportunities for personal and professional growth - Comfortable and accepting atmosphere

      Cons

      There are none to speak of. The only cons that would come out of working here would be the work itself. Ex. If you sign up to be an accountant and you don't like accounting, it doesn't matter where you're doing it, you're going to have a poor experience there.
