Worst experience in my whole career

Pros

The team I was on had amazing people.

Cons

All this company cares about is making money at the expense of the employee. My career was stellar while I am a self-starter who works hard, all management cared about was getting more work out of the team without providing the leadership support. Morale was in the negative. Not a place to come work. By the way, I picked 1 star because I had to. My rating is no stars. I couldn't even make a year it was so horrible.

Pros

- 401k is one of the best, only if you stay 3 years with the company

Cons

- Too much politics - Salary is very low. - You only get promotion based on people you know in higher management, not based on your performance. - No appreciation for your hardwork. - No Compensation for working overtime every week. - They promotes $20k bonus every year, but it is impossible to get even $1k. - Don't have any mentors, so you are basically on your own. - Barely have any projects, hence probability of getting laid off is very high within a month, if you don't have any project.
