Pros

The only pro for working with this company is that it is a job and they leave you alone.

Cons

Not honest, they will flat out lie to you to keep you around.

Pros

If you work here, you're a consultant. The money was good. I liked a lot of the people.

Cons

The benefits have gone downhill. The bonus structure is complicated and difficult to understand. This won't be a good experience for you unless you are a consultant who likes to sell. Sales is what they reward. Also, it's a true consulting company, so you get what comes along with being a consultant. There is not really a bench policy anymore. I was let go after 3 days on the bench. My boss was replaced by someone who just wanted to cut costs (that's what his bonus is based on). The new guy let people go so that he could get a better bonus. At Sogeti you are seen as $$$, not as a person.

Pros

Cannot recommend based on the above

Cons

This is one of the worst companies I am aware to let you down even when you moved to the USA, purchased a house etc having to sell the house only one year later leaving the country, because Sogeti HR lives in La La land and only promotes certain people while getting rid of you and your decades of experience despite working over 10 hours every day, sometimes even at the weekend, hardly having a personal life. They terminate your contract after 3 years in order not to pay the 401K benefits and they use all kind of excuses - they do this over and over again with impunity, somebody should take them to court. They are affecting the lives of entire families and they simply do not care because they want to save a buck or two while upper management is paid exorbitant salaries thinking they are clever. Utter disgrace. A bunch of unprofessional, pretentious liars. Never make the mistake of trusting a job offer from them is free of problems.
