Pros

Management is supportive and engaging all the way up to the top at every level. Work is appreciated by managers and gratitude is always given. Everyone is pulling towards the same goal, everyone works together and reaching the overall goals. Has a great culture, awesome office in a great location.

Cons

Can’t think of any cons to work with Solairus. There are a lot of bad companies out there but Solairus is not one of them.
