Management gives remote employees the responsibility to make decisions. Good support from upper management. Very competitive benefits at a very reasonable cost.

Communication can sometimes be challenging.

Pros

This organization is the most supportive group of people I've ever worked with. They are not only open to suggestions but welcome them, even at the highest level. Beverages and ample food choices are provided for employees, an understanding of work/life balance, and opportunity to grow within the company. Insurance and 401K match are excellent.

Cons

There aren't many negatives that I've personally experienced.
