Pros

Stable employment. Learning experience. There is a 20 word minimum for this section so I’ve included this sentence to suffice the pros section.

Cons

Overloaded work environment with no plans to change. Compensation lagging behind industry. Benefits lost year over year. Work life balance does not exist. Most expertise was lost during a voluntary retirement package a little over a year ago. You are left with most of engineering having only a few years of experience who are in over their head.
