      Pros

      We are really, really making a difference and showing America that there really is a better way to get your energy! There is rapid growth, very upbeat, positive people throughout the company, who truly care about the environment and the company, and the company/employees are very customer focused!

      Cons

      Lots of nepotism, which isn't always a bad thing, but when it impedes recognition or promotions of deserving people, it creates a sticky environment. Pay is the same no matter where you live in the country, even though the cost of living is much higher in certain geographies.

      Pros

      If you are young this is a great place to get experience and skills. If you are smart and have a good idea, you will likely be heard. If you are consistently smart, you will be given responsibilities way over your pay grade and what your background would justify. The CEO and COO are very likable, and the general level of talent is surprisingly high.

      Cons

      The opportunity for new responsibility makes it is easy to burn out here. Expect to work long hours. The idea of a work-life balance is openly mocked. The culture is militaristic, you're with us or against us, at war with the utilities, etc. Advancement is very political and sometimes it feels as if you are just as likely to get fired as get promoted. Turnover is high.

      Pros

      Very laid-back environment, co-workers/employees are friendly, welcoming and always willing to help with whatever you may need help on. Benefits are awesome. Free-dress Friday. Benefits in the breakroom are AWESOME as well! Workflow is structured and easy to pick up on and do quickly once understood. Opportunities to move up in company a plus also.

      Cons

      I can't say there is much of a downside to working for this company although the basic 9-5 office job. Even then, the company seems to make this downside enjoyable and easy to overlook!
