      There are no current pros to this company.

      Cons

      What started as a job with unlimited earning opportunity quickly turned into a mis managed nightmare. If you're not buddy buddy with the manager cliques you're never going to get anywhere. Now that Tesla had bought them out, they have no intention on keeping panel pay. If you want to work your butt off 50 to 60 hours a week for 600 to 700 dollars this is your place to work.

      Pros

      Tesla, Elon Musk greatest visionary of this century. Renewable energy isn't optional at this point. Merger could save Solarcity from the ashes

      Cons

      Sales tactics circa 1970 complete lack of competent management, lack of genuine care for employees. They preach PCX perfect customer experience but that is impossible to achieve when employees are operating out of fear and desperation. Try PEX perfect employee experience, without that the goals will never be achieved and the company will continue to bleed money

      Keep your skills fresh by talking with customers. Wait nine months to get paid $120 commission for 10 panels installed.

      Cons

      Complete chaos. Total upheaval. Disorganized. Mismanaged on all levels. Don't waste your time. Don't believe anything you see or hear.
