Terrible management. It takes 5 moths to get a job to install then two weeks after you get pay. Lol good luck, everyone around you seems very nice but when you reach out for help they always send you to someone else (fake personalities)

Where do I begin? It's called a "solar coaster" because there are so many ups and downs on a daily basis. Management is always changing, communication is terrible between managers and recruiters along with the hire ups. There is no work life balance even though this is what they preach. Be prepared to get a performance plan after two months if you are not meeting your goals even if they aren't attainable. Some managers have their "favorites" and it's well known.
